Since its new website was launched last Spring, Fibercill, (the Brierley Hill based manufacturer of architectural MDF mouldings), has experienced an unprecedented level of interest from overseas, resulting in substantial export orders from both Austria and Poland. This activity, coupled with the company’s existing strong exports to the wider Middle East has resulted in a strategy to expand sales throughout Europe.
To respond to the differing market requirements, Fibercill is working closely with its supply chain partners in Europe to produce mouldings that are bespoke to each country or even for each customer in order to satisfy local demand.
The 60 strong workforce produces a range of mouldings for skirting, architraves, window boards, stair treads and door linings, as well as capability for special requirements. New related MDF products are currently under consideration to enhance the company’s” total package” offering.
As the website was the catalyst for new orders, translation of the Fibercill website into French, German, Italian and Spanish is already underway with the company’s marketing and web agency, Cloud 9 Digital Design Ltd. Production of literature into different languages will follow.
